Very spacious gym and very good behaviour of the coaches in kintore especially shiva sir one of the best gym in this locality

One of the best gym in Vijayanagar….It is quite spacious and well equipped…. Gym is also very hygienic….Shivu is a good personal trainer who has good knowledge about the workouts … He guides us well with the overall weight reduction and weight management and trains according to our body type… he also explains about the importance or the area of focus of the exercise…

This is my new experience going to the gym, I like the space and environment around. Trainers will always be around and help when needed. Management inside the area is good they keep the floor very clean and cleaners keep cleaning the equipment on using it each time.
